Before sample approval, finished dimensions and contour are reviewed together with the core's response under load. Where the program requires it, defined-depth indentation, rebound, and compression-set checks can add measurable context to terms such as soft, medium, or firm, alongside weight, surface, and dimensional inspection.

Latex quality is built through a sequence rather than a single end check. Formula mixing and foaming influence density and cell structure; molding, gelling, and vulcanization establish shape and elastic response; washing, drying, and final inspection prepare the core for covering and packing.

Product development begins with core geometry: length, width, height, contour, perforation pattern, and firmness direction. Cover fabric, color, label, logo, and packaging are then developed against the same approved sample, keeping the comfort specification and market presentation inside one product brief.

Each order moves through identifiable handoffs: approved sample, confirmed specification, in-process checks, final inspection, packing reference, and shipment preparation. Keeping these checkpoints together gives buyers a practical basis for comparing bulk output with the version they approved.

A project can start with a drawing, an existing sample, a target price, or a product idea. We organize what is known, identify open decisions, and keep approved revisions together.

Brief assembly

We collect the available product reference, target dimensions, intended market, price position, cover direction, and packaging requirements, then mark unresolved decisions before sampling begins.

Sample revision record

Each sample round records what changed and why. The selected core, cover, label position, and packing mock-up stay with the approved specification so technical and visual decisions remain together.

Production release

Confirmed revisions are checked for their effect on mold, firmness direction, cover fit, packing method, and lead time. Only the accepted version becomes the reference for production and final packing.
